PS 4750 Grain Hopper Northern Pacific

This car is a nice looking model and is durable enough to survive life as a car on a modular layout. In this environment, the car gets packed into a box, bounced around and left on a trailer for weeks at a time. This car has held up well in this service and still looks good. Control your expectations and this is a great looking and running car. A special note to modelers concerned with 100% prototypical accuracy: This car never existed in real life. Northern Pacific ordered the PS 4740 model instead. I'm not bothered by this inaccuracy, but it is something to be aware of before you order.
