"Very good details with a couple build options"

Great details on a small scale kit. Parts fit together easily. There are a couple of build options: engine cowling open or closed, and landing gear down or up. I wish the kit would have included some options for underwing stores, bombs or fuel tank, but no joy.

Another reboxing of the early P40b/Curtiss hawk 81 A2. The model is not bad, but I would enjoy more if the air scoop on the front had more inner detail... But appart from that, it becomes a perfect early p40, either in export version or not. Easy to build, nice cockpit detail (but be carefull with the clear parts, check and recheck the fitting...) with only small problems in fitting the radiator scoop. It is a nice model, and anyone can enjoy building it.

Just finished up a different boxed version of this, P-40B Pearl Harbor. I enjoyed building it and it went together well. I am learning more with each kit I complete. I used some simple masking with this one.
