AK Interactive washes perform great as do others, the big plus to their use is the purposed tints that are paired with an intended base color. With paired colors, your recessed and shadowed areas look just that, and do not cause the stark contrasts of a black line drawing on white drafting paper.

I really enjoy the flow and coverage i get with this brand. They make my pieces look so realistic on engines and hulls on my ships.

The panzer grey wash does as advertised, ads realistic effects, mainly by contrast, especially with vehicles painted in ww2 panzer grey. Of course you can try it with models with other colors. In my opinion, this wash its somewhat clear to give enough contrast with the panzer grey color, so I add other types of darker washes here and there.
