Would not recommend this kit. The wood parts in the kit are razor thin and extremely fragile making them easy to break apart. The windows and doors are cardboard and hard to peel the adhesive backing to come off without causing damage. The instructions are inadequate and tricky to follow. I would recommend that since the parts have to be so small that the manufacturer should increase the thickness to make the parts easier to handle and more sturdy. A base for the walls to align with would help to make a better fit. The other alternative is to make these type of kits already assembled and unpainted.
