Excellent kit! Tremendous detailing potential! I added basement access by using roof access from roof access kit to building side as well as lighting - window treatments - window sill planters - woman sweeping porch figure. The only trouble I had was the roofing and fit of the chimneys.

This was a very fun kit to build however there were no floors so I had to add floors for both stories.

This house has nice lattice details on the porch, but they are difficult to work with. Also, there is a cute extension on the back of the house, but the front is a little plain.
