"Great fit."
Leisure (Lansing, KS)
For me personally, the way this kit fit together was great. I mean like, it could have been a snap-tite kit. I thought it had good, but sometimes shallow detail. Specifically the interior door panels, dash and firewall, but with patience I managed to get some details to pop. Also, upon reviewing the parts, I spied a trailer hitch set which is not mentioned in the kit instruct. Sweet surprise. Pros: I can say, I made this! Cons: With all the build options it's hard to pick which car to build.

Great model, fun and easy to build. Mine came out nice in the stock form.

"Great building kit, thanks AMT"

This has turned out to be one of my favorite builds as of late. I built mine as the box art showed. There was quite a bit of flash that needed cleaned up but parts fit was very good. You will have to sand off the mold lines on the fenders by the headlights. I like all the extra parts that you'll have left over for your parts box and the red and clear glass. I used both the red and clear on mine. To radius my rear fenders for the drag slick clearance I wrapped coarse sandpaper around a spark plug socket.
