"Sweet build"

Has very little flash or lines from mold. There was some twisting getting chassis to fit so all 4 wheels touch the ground without rocking. some sanding needed to make some parts fit properly. Good engine detail, interior could use a little more detail but it still comes out looking good. The only option was tail lights with or without reverse lights in lens. Instructions have some parts shown in the wrong side of car. Just be careful when building. If you don't have one yet you should get one it's a nice build to do.

Take your time with this model as there are lots of details and parts.Instructions are not quite as thorough. Pictures of parts are a little questionable. I put different wheels on this one and lowered the stance. Good looking model. Not for the beginner builder. An intermediate builder can work through the problems.

"Excellent detail, some problems"

I concur with other reviewers as to the good and not so good points. There is a lot of detail and most parts fit well. On the down side, the parts that didn't fit were a challenge. And there were a number of errors in the instructions. I would not recommend this kit to someone new to building models.

First of all this is one of the best AMT models I have ever built. You can tell its modern or new tooling hardly any flash or mold lines but still a few things you need to file and sand. Also this particular model reminds me of Revell the interior has separate door panels and floor boards not a one piece tub also has a seperate frame. The instructions are ok but leave a little to be desired some of the parts are named wrong or showed in the wrong position but all in all this is a very good kit and is very fun to build so I would recommend it for modelers of all skill levels. This is a very good kit for AMT I was pleasantly surprised....BM
