This kit is somewhat better than the AMT 31548 kit, but it still needs work. The body needs to be molded better to eliminate the flash. Be careful when taping chrome parts to be painted because the plating peels off very easily. There is a issue with the fitment of the front bumper, who will have to do trimming around the headlight holes on the body and possibly the on the corners of the chrome bumper. The rear valance is a part of the rear bumper which should be painted body color (see photos). Revell made a 1/24 scale called the Heavy Chevy, even though this isn't AMT's best I would recommend this one over any other, just take your time and do the trim work before painting and assembly.
