Rolling Stock - Tar Tank Car

The Thomas and Friends Large Scale line by Bachmann, is a line of products is exclusively based on the CGI style of the show, from the faces, to the logos on the rolling stock. This product is great, the word 'TAR' is printed crisply on both sides, but: It's not based on anything in CGI. It's a larger version of the HO scale rolling stock, which hasn't been seen since the model time of the series. The product is nice, but it just doesn't match the CGI line up that the rest of the the range has to offer. It's a great product, but made for the wrong time period. This was only made to get a quick buck for recolouring an already existing tooling of a rolling stock piece.
