Blairstown General Store Building Kit

Building's directions were very good and easy to follow. The large CocaCola decal applied easily. The wood parts separated easiest from the sections by holding wood up to a light to see where they were attached. Even though some pieces were very thin, none broke when being cut out. A brown wash worked very well for weathering the walls. A non-permanent fixative spray worked very well to give the roof a worn look. It will also help to keep the decals in place. There are plenty of decals to use on other buildings or on a billboard near the store. The telephone decal works well on a separate post.

This kit was easy to assemble. We love the graphics and details. We added a bench and a couple of old timers playing checkers to the front. There was plenty of room on the porch to add people.
