This well designed building can be used track side just about anywhere. The instructions were excellent. The building is easy to adapt for other uses. I built this one for a friend to use as an office building on his Omaha Belt & Transfer layout. The signal paddles are challenging, but, otherwise it was an easy build. I especially liked the shingles supplied with the kit.
