I have been using this product to make trees and brush. For trees, I glue pieces to a wire armature. I spray them with hair spray and sprinkle on turf. I do this over a metal baking pan to catch any turf that falls off. I also tap on the tree to knock loose any loose turf. Then I spray on another coat of hair spray and let it dry for a few minutes.

For brush, I take small pieces of polyfiber and stick them to a piece of scrap wood with double-backed tape. Spray and sprinkle.
