I use this paint to add a blackening effect to thruster bells on gunpla. It is meant to go over top of other lacquer paints, so be mindful. WOrks creat over chrome, gold, copper and aluminum. Anywhere where you want a VERY flat black scorchmark. You can build it up in thin layers if you dont want it completely blackened, or work in a gradient.

It is also one choice of paint you can use if you want 'blaster marks' on scifi models.

A drop will do a lot of work. No thinning required, in fact, dont even try. Build up in thin layers. It is a lacquer paint, so ventilation and PPE is a must.
