I got this inexpensive kit mainly for the robots and controllers, which are unusual subjects, and can be used as interesting details in a variety of different diorama subjects. Both the robots and figures are nicely detailed and molded, but no clear faceplates are included for the figures. At first I thought perhaps a clear sprue was accidentally omitted from my kit, but there are no clear parts number callouts in the assembly instructions, which leads me to believe that no clear parts are included with the kit. It would probably be easy enough to make one's own faceplates out of clear acetate, but it would be nice if Meng had at least included a pattern for one in the instructions. Also, no decals are included with the kit-- a minor issue, but some insignia, equipment labeling, and controller screen decals would be nice.
