I’ve build several of the Amt/Italeri 1/24 scale kits but this is, by far, my favorite. Never a big fan of the set back axles, but this one stands out. As with all of these types of kits, the fit is exceptional. Directions can still seem sketchy but after a few of these things, you’ll find that you don’t need to rely on them. One item of note that could lead to a mistake occurs when it’s time to add the rear springs. All 4 parts look the same but if you look closely, there are 2 springs with indentations for the 2 chrome quarter fenders. Make sure they get installed on the front or you’ll have to make your own. As always, I hope against hope that they’ll go to the booklet form for the instructions but that’s just my quirk. Have fun!
