I haven't even opened the box, let alone assembled this kit, but after reading the first review I now know that this kit does not include an engine. I thought I was getting a good deal, but as another reviewer has written, You get what you pay for. Caveat emptor (buyer beware), and I will. I can do a few things here: customize the yin and yang out of this kit, give it to one of my 8 year old relatives; with certainty I will not purchase another AMT kit. It is unfortunate that this manufacturer and several others are setting this trend.
