Since the Hobbylinc catalog has been flooded with these products (Amodel from Russia), and because I have been intrigued in my research on this particular aircraft, I purchased this kit. The Yakovlev 28IM is a very strange looking craft, but that's one of the things that attracts me. Unfortunately this model does not do it justice: 1) poor fit and lots of flash on lots of parts. 2) parts break coming off the sprues. 3)The locator slots for fuselage to pilot cabin alignment are placed wrong (in the wrong place). 4) There are no locator pins on the fuselage halves, nor the nacelles, which makes gluing akin to holding six live sardines together. 5) I could go on for much longer, but you get the picture. I cannot risk another investment with this manufacturer.
