This kit returns more or less in its original form. I slapped mine together in an hour or so, just like I did when I bought my first version of the model with paper route money in 1975. The plastic doesn’t glow quite as bright as I remember, but I still had about as much fun with it as I did back then (I flew it around the room a little less this time). New is a comprehensive decal sheet. Of course, painting the model covers the glow-in-the-dark feature. Fit isn’t the greatest and there isn’t any fine detail, but those with interest in the subject are probably not expecting state-of-the-art. Kudos to AMT for bringing back a classic, and adding a new decal sheet. Just add glue and an hour or so for a ride down memory road, or let your imagination run wild by adding lighting and paint.
