The box cover states that this building measures 3.5 in width and 2.3 in depth. However, after several hours of meticulous construction the built out measurement were somewhat less at: 2.25 in width and 1.5 in depth. Although the building is a nice design and looks good after construction, in my opinion the small size makes it inappropriate for an N Scale layout.
