"fun to build"

I really liked building this kit, but mine is built wrong. I missed the first measurement so I did not put on the shroud tail cone. It looks fine without it. The drying times between parts are sometimes frustrating. The internal skeleton is a nice change from lots of other models. I also missed the inside reinforcement piece under the launch lugs so mine are loose. I have not flown it yet so I hope they stay on for launch.

This rocket is a great build. The directions are clear and easy to follow. If you have built rockets before and are familiar with Estes models you should have no problems. I'm at the paint stage right now. The water slide decals are in top condition ,so, I foresee a nice finished rocket soon.

this rocket is a vary fun and challenging to build, i made this rocket a while ago and still my favorite to build and to show or fly. this rocket is the best rocket rocket i have built. if you like challenging rockets this one is IT! i like it a lot i built a stand for it to put in my work shop so i can look at it when i get new rockets to build. the structure of the rocket was vary fun and difficult to build and takes a lot of time but Excellent rocket you really should get IT!.

lots of details on this kit. it does take some time to build. if you have a bit of experience with model airplanes this is a easy (but time consuming) build. My 7 year old and I have been building this since chistmas (its not march) off and on. I bet we have 4-5 hours into building it and I would say we are about 80% finished. its looking so nice already, I am not sure we will fly it much. Might be more of a display model. Great kit if you want something different. My son loves it.
