Centuri Model Rocket Kit

This is a beautiful, good sized rocket. The main fins mount through the wall of the body and glue to the motor mount tube. I used my newly acquired Estes fin alignment guide for the forward fins, which made it easy. It even has a plastic motor nozzle at the tail, a nice touch. On top of that, it is priced very reasonably for such a big bird. My idea was originally to kitbash this into a Laser X facsimile by adding fin strakes and toothpicks at the fin tips. Decided to leave it as is and will probably build a Laser X from scratch.
