After many years of being out of the hobby the explorer was my first build. I think this is one of my most favorite rockets out of my fleet. This rocket even performs great on mini buttons!

"Good flyer, handles bigger motors"

Nice flying kit. The fins are through the wall construction and this gives the model good strength. Enough to handle a composite D21-4t. all I can say is WOW that has to be one of the fastest takeoffs I have ever seen. straight up and right back down. Parachute is big, so it does float down slowly. Great on C6-5 motors as well. Consider putting a baffle in when you construct it, in place of the coupler.
