This is the Yamato as she was 1st built with 2 extra 6.1 gun turrets. The ship does go together well but has some bad features but 1st the good. The range finders and turrets turn. This is done by placing a rubber tube in each hole then caping those holes with a plastic washer that is glued to the deck then you stick the pin on the bottom of the turrets and range finders in the holes which are then held in place by the rubber tubes. The parts fit mostly quite well but as usual there are a few parts that are loose but that what the glue is for. the bad however is bad the float planes are broken up into several very tiny fragile parts and are a pain to hold together while the glue sets. there are 2 types of float plane a biplane and a mono-wing plane the biplane is very annoying it has a single float and 2 very tiny wing floats that are nearly impossible to build. The hull has no metal weight The secodary turrets don't rotate. The crane on the back won't rotate either. The ship is overall a good presentation of the Yamato.
