"street Row Houses"
John C. (Merced, CA)
House kit is very nice. A lot of extra pieces so you can build them many different ways. Size is a little large, doors were not 10 feet tall. And the front large window would measure 6 feet by almost 10 feet. That would be a very big window for a pre 2000 home. They were easy to put together. Good for someone just starting out and not to picky about sizes.

Features

Great for kitbashing, this easy-to-build styrene kit creates three separate buildings with lean-to and outhouses. Window, doors and trim are molded separately.

"A lot for the money"

This simple kit contains 3 very nice row houses which can be assembled in several ways to fit any layout. There are enough spare pieces to construct a 4th house if you like. The windows and doors fit so closely that no glue is necessary. Three outhouses are included if you like. The opaque styrene allows for lighting without glow-through. If you Google Reese Street, Silver Springs, Colorado, you will find images to help with colors and other detail. This is an inexpensive way to add a small residential area to a smaller layout. I highly recommend it.

"happy shopper."

this is the first grandt line kit for me and i am happy with what i see. nice detail, no flash and wall's are thicker than i expected. there are a lot of small pieces that will test my old eyes, but i believe i can handle it. you can decide how to build each, they allow you to build in a variety of ways. 3 houses in each package and the price is well worth it. they will look nice as old mill houses on my layout.
