Just apply this directly to the CA and allow a few minutes to penetrate the CA then wipe of with a paper towel. If you glue your fingers together, simply apply the Debonder and rock your fingers back and forth, they should come apart then apply debonder to the rest of the CA and wash with soap and water immediately.
