"The grant"
This tank is pretty good but has a couple of hassles. The guns in my tank do not elevate in the top turret but the turret does rotate but glue was trying hard to gum up the ring that holds the turret on the tank so be careful of that. The wheels are easy to put on but the tracks needed to be stapled to keep them together. I hide the staples by putting the staple on the top of the tracks behind the side skirts. This is a normal hassle for tanks at this scale. The next hassle was that the tracks are trying to crush the rear idler wheel so wait for the glue to dry solid before putting them on. I think this kit had too many parts but they still go together well. The end results are still satisfying just taxing to ones patience. The decals are few and go on well. Oh yes my main gun ended up getting stuck in the level position must be that glue problem again but could have been worse.

"Hasegawa Standard"
This is a straightforward kit, going together smoothly and without any outstanding hassles. Instructions were clear, though the painting guide was a bit generic, and I'm not sure if Middlestone is the correct colour for a British tank -- Sand or Pale Stone might be more appropriate. Apart from that, my only concern is that the crew figures included are obviously the ones from the M3 Lee kit, since Hasegawa clearly just copied the main sprues and threw in a different turret.
