Description This is a 1/35 LVTP-7A1 AMTARC Amphibious Assualt Vehicle from Academy Plastics. It's for experienced modelers. Facts The LVTP-7A1 (Landing Vehicle, Tracked, Personnel) is the standard amphibious assault vehicle of the U.S. Marine Corps. It is used to transport marines from the assault ships off-shore to the beachhead. The LVTP-7A1 version features the UPGWS (Upgraded Weapons Station) which consists of a turret mounted machine gun on top of the hull next to the drivers cupola. Features Highly detailed 1/35th scale plastic kit for static display. 135 parts in tan plastic with flexible P.V.C. tracks. Detailed chassis with individual suspension arms and road wheels. External details: optional position rear and top hatches, tow hooks, lights, machine turret, & tools. Tracks are one piece flexible vinyl rubber. No interior details. One figure with posable arms.
