This is a 1/35 LVTP-7A1 AMTARC Amphibious Assualt Vehicle from Academy Plastics. It's for experienced modelers.

The LVTP-7A1 (Landing Vehicle, Tracked, Personnel) is the standard amphibious assault vehicle of the U.S. Marine Corps. It is used to transport marines from the assault ships off-shore to the beachhead. The LVTP-7A1 version features the UPGWS (Upgraded Weapons Station) which consists of a turret mounted machine gun on top of the hull next to the drivers cupola.
