Hey To All!! I am writing this review to say that I my self have never had no experience with this type of vehicle but a dear great friend and neighbor who is a retired U S Army Viet Nam Vet Scout who actually was on this vehicle during his multiple tours, I bought this model and for him and gave it as a birthday gift needless to say he enjoys it daily! the product went together very well, it is very detailed , you do need some skill for putting it together , it builds from the engine, to drive train to axles to frame to body work! I would definitely buy this again it well put together and worth the money, it can be time consuming, other than that I find it to be a great model. Hope this Helps! Scott M.

I added this kit to my growing collection of 1/35th scale hard to find models. AFV Club has gone to great lengths to put this kit ahead of many such as the older Italeri Anti tank gun version of which I have a model as well. There is no comparison as AFV Club's version is much more intricate as it includes many variables and I chose to use a machine gun mount that was listed as a spare part instead of the typical one displayed. I added many detailing parts from Tamiya and Italeri to enhance the features already found.

This was a nice model to build and customize. It has a lot of detail and well made parts, but the mount for the .50 cal does not rotate. It was disappointing that they neglected one of the most noticeable features of the model. Other than that there are tons of opportunities for personalizing this truck.

Nice very detailed kit. Fun to build. Good instructions. Only gave it 4 stars because of the poor fit on the wheels.
