This is a G-Scale Union Pacific Track Cleaning Car by Aristo Craft Trains. For adult model railroaders.

The Track Cleaning Car utilizes a 4-wheel Wooden Caboose of the mid-1800's to early 1900's era. Originally, this equipment was used to grind the rail to reprofile areas of excessive rail wear such as curves and on steep grades. This process extended the life of the rail and allowed for increased efficiency on America's railroads.

Based on original railroad blueprints.

Safety lantern with red and green lenses on each side of the car.
