Modeled after a popular catalog home of the 1920's, Kate's Colonial Home is the premier release in the Lovely Ladies Home Series.
This HO scale trackside structure is made of styrene plastic and molded in appropriate colors so no paint is needed.
Cream colored doors and window frames with window glazing.
Clapboard siding on lower half (tan).
Shingle detail on upper half (brick red).
Bilco cellar doors (brick red).
Light gray cement block foundation/basement with windows.
Dark gray shingled roof and porch roof.
Rain gutter and down spout detail.
Brick chimney (brick red).
There is a pre-cut hole in the bottom to install a light if you wish.
