Description This is a G Scale Gandy Dancer Handcar from the Big Haulers Series by Bachmann.
Facts "Gandy Dancer" is a slang term for a member of a track laying or mainten- ance crew. The original sense referred to a worker who tamped down the ballast between the ties using a special tool (a gandy). This involved vigorous stamp- ing on the tool while turning in a circle, an action which might be taken to resemble dancing.
Features Compatible with any G scale equipment.
Self-propelled cars feature skew-wound motors and all-gear drive. All metal wheels. Car and trailer can be uncoupled if desired. Hand car features Grey plastic car with grey and silver metal wheels. Two men dressed in old-fashioned garb (one in brown tones, one in black and grey) work the handcar mechanism. Trailer features Grey plastic car with grey and silver metal wheels.
