The local laundry was an essential service in many western boom towns. The small building fits on just about any layout and is right at home from the 1800s to the 1950s. Kit features laser-cut wood parts, brass door knobs, full-color signs and instructions. Can be easily combined with the Red Eye Saloon (#464-17460) to create a unique building.
