Used in many cities, the models are based on the pre-war design without the small standee windows above the main windows. The models are detailed to match Los Angeles car #3001 (built in May 1937), currently preserved and in operation at the Orange Empire Railway Museum near Los Angeles.

  • Some (but not all) cities had an extra red light on the front of PCC cars. when turned on, it alerted waiting passengers that the car was either full or out of service and would not stop. NOTE; Operation of this feature requires installation of a DCC decoder (not included) and the lamp can be turned on or off using the P-3 function control.
