Features This is an adorable house designed as an addition to The Laurel (ccz9309), but can also be used as a freestanding guest home. The dual position roofing system allows it to fit flush against the outside of the Laurel to quickly add a cozy room to an already spacious house. As a stand alone home, the roof can be centered to make a wonderful beach house or cottage.
2 rooms, a door and windows, and 2 window boxes. The pre-cut plywood assembles with no nails or screws. Shingles match those of The Laurel. Made in the USA. Instructions are clear and well illustrated with schematic diagrams. Includes Parts to Build (1) Dollhouse
