1/26 Louise Steam Launch Kit

Lovely little kit . I have worked on a full size Thames steam launch back in the 60's ,helping to refurbish one , so I was very happy to find a model very similar to the full size . The kit was very easy to assemble far easier than the full size . I built the kit as per the plans and instructions which were easy to follow . The photographs supplied were a real big help . The only things I changed were the hull which I painted (Oxford Blue) as were the full size boats and the canopy which I covered with solid blue cloth supplied by my wife who did the sewing for me . The model sits proudley in my glass case with all my other boat and ship models .
