This is the Crest #1 Gauge Wireless Mini Accessory Receiver by Aristo-Craft Trains.

This is a wireless radio control microprocessor receiver to be used together with the ART-5470 Train Engineer.
You can control up to 20 switches, 10 accessories, and an on/off operation (such as lamps or sound systems). You will be able to control 10 whistles or horns, and 10 bells.
It has a wide voltage range of 5-16V DC, and is also designed to operate sound systems.
LED power light (red) and signal light (green).
You can connect a whistle/horn, bell sound function too.
