This is an HO Scale Plastic Structure Kit of Drywell Inks from the DPM Gold Series by Design Preservation Models.

A long whistle signals the arrival of the freight train. The cars rattle and hiss to a stop at Drywell Inks, delivering essential raw materials from all over the country. A tank car pumps solvent into the large, vertical tank. Inside, machines showered with carbon dust combine pigments, additives, and solvents to make ink. Cans and barrels are then shipped on delivery trucks to thousands of end users.
