"Dumas Zero Burned up balsa wood"

Time has come for Dumas to do something about their absolutely awful leaser cutting. Guillows gets it right why can't you guys? This Zero kit, I just purchased has balsa wood so badly burned up , it is totally unusable! $23 for a kit that winds up in the trash can. Apparently Dumas is just in it for the money,and couldn't care less about modelers or the kits they put out. Disgrace to the hobby!
