Tarantula Spider Anatomy Kit

This is actually a pretty cool thing, if you are into spiders. I am, and it's a pretty accurate representation of a female tarantula. All the pieces are made out of a hard rubber and it comes as the hollowed out head and body (cephalothorax and abdomen) to which you attach all the appendages and internal organs. The legs are all keyed to show you where they go and they push into place. The internal organs are colored so you can get a good idea of the internal layout. The cutaways are in the cephalothorax and abdomen, which show the internal organs, and in a couple of the legs, one palp and one of the fangs. All the cutaways have clear plastic covers that snap into place. It has a stand that pokes into a hole in the underside to support it. This is not a toy intended to be played with by a small child (I wouldn't give it to my 7 year old grandson). It's made to be used a study guide/model (I'll have fun showing it to my grandsons) and a pretty cool conversation piece. Negatives? I thought the assembly instructions could have been a little clearer. The English in the descriptions of the body parts is really lacking, as if it was translated poorly. In general they could have put more effort into the brochure/instructions.
