Manufacturer Comments - *********To Slow Charge NiCd and NiMH Batteries*********.
- A backup safety timer automatically shuts down the charge proces after a certain time if the charger does not recognize that th battery has reached full charge. This timer can be shut OFF in th "Safety Timer On/Off" screen by pressing "BATT TYPE". This wil allow NiCd or NiMH batteries to be slow charged. Leave set to "ON when charging lithium batteries. This timer will reset to "ON" eac time power is removed from charger..
