This is the RealFlight Add-Ons CD Volume 1 from Great Planes.

Add Ons Volume 1 is compatible with all versions of RealFlight except the RealFlight NexSTAR edition.
However, special effects such as high-resolution graphics and moving control surfaces will only be available when Add Ons Volume 1 is used with RealFlight Generation 2 software.
