This is the Japanese Heavy Cruiser Myoko High Grade Full Hull Version 1/700 Scale Plastic Model Kit from the Hasegawa Water Line Series Ages 12 and older.

To exploit a loophole in the 1922 Washington Naval Limitation Treaty, Japan built the Myoko class cruisers Myoko, Nachi, Haguro, and Ashigara.
