This sturdy trailer was used to carry medium tanks and Semovente self-propelled guns; all four sidewalls were hinged to speed loading/unloading. Tank transport groups consisting of 258 heavy trucks (such as the Lancia 3/Ro) and 243 trailers could quickly move almost an entire armored division in one operation, saving wear and tear on much heavier and slower armored equipment. Kit includes parts for two complete trailers.
