Description The Super Hornet is a re-designed version of the actual service Hornet wich will succeed it within a few years, because the planned A-12 attack fighter has been cancelled for economical reasons. The Super Hornet is being designed with a whole series of new technologies by using new component materials and an improved aerodynamic shape. Thanks to partially hidden air-intakes certain stealth features against radar have been obtained.
