Normally I can find the positive in any kit -and still enjoy building it to relatively mediocre standards. This one... well, I cant. The interior is spartan as spartan can be - which is good if you want to spend time adding extra detail and seatbelts, since it will all be seen through that massive front window. Speaking of windows, they are thick and the side ones distort the view massively. The body - er, um... well the doors need a lot of work to sit flush with the side of the car - and there was a good amount of flash in the light buckets. If you can get past all that work and manage to get a coat of paint on it - STOP THERE! The decals are just garbage. They require the hottest of hot water to conform to the curves without shattering. Even with Solvaset it was a chore to get them to settle down - and I think I managed to spend more time touching up the paint than I did decaling the whole car. Still working? Well dont clear coat it! even with Tamiya X-22 clear (the acrylic clear) the ink bled in some spots. Im not one to give up on a kit but this one was close...
