SdKfz 10 Demag D7 Halftrack Paratroopers (4)

i havent built it yet but the parts look good not to many parts so it will be a fast build

the variety of german ww2 halftracks rivals that of their armor. this smaller vehicle was used to tow lighter artillery pieces. the unused parts referred to in the instructions are rifle racks for the passenger compartment bulkhead if you want to drill your own holes

Italeri's Demag D7 is a great kit that won't tax your modeling skills to the limit. Part count is fairly low and that makes for a simple, enjoyable build. The only step that I found slightly difficult was fitting the link and length tracks around the running wheels. Patience is required, but in the end I like the look of these much better than rubber band style tracks. My boxing had the canvas cover, which I used and found interesting. Interior detail is adequate, but not super detailed. No photo-etched parts included with this kit. A small decal sheet is included. The instruction sheet and painting guides are useful and easy to follow. Recommended, especially if you are looking for something different than tanks.
