"Japanese Quality"
tchlepas2225
This airbrush is the perfect balance between top quality at an excellent price. I mainly model 1/35 armor and dioramas. I've had many airbruses, from cheapo master brand to paasche. This airbrush is a workhorse. You can do very fine pencil thin lines or nice wide full coverage passes. You can use acrylics, enamels, laquers, etc and this brush holds up to it all. This airbrush just feels so good in your hand, the chrome plating is very thick, the tolerances are tight, and it has a nice quality feel weightness to it, its just what you'd expect from a Japanese company. This is the Honda Accord of airbrushes, it just runs well and it'll run forever problem free, as long as it's cared for. It breaks down to clean very easily too. Whoever gave this a one star review probably had no idea what they were doing and blamed the brush. Look at youtube and amazon on all the amazing reviews this brush has gotten. You can't go wrong buying this. Don't do what I did and waste your money on less expensive cheap brushes, when you'll eventually end up getting a better brush anyways, so just pony up a little bit more money and be very happy, rather than very disappointed with another cheapo brand....

"Better than the Iwata Neo, but not up to par with the Eclipse"
mh9162013
This is a good airbrush, no question. But it's not the best option from a cost perspective. If you need to save money, get the Iwata Neo or a cheaper knock off airbrush from Amazon or eBay. If you need the best in performance, quality and reliability, then pony up the extra money and get the Iwata Eclipse (or Custom Micron or Eclipse Takumi). The best thing about this airbrush in my opinion is its ergonomics, although that can be very subjective.

"Awesome Choice for Beginners to Intermediary Modeler"

This was my first airbrush that I didn't get in one of those cheap all included sets. In my opinion this is the best deal out there for the beginner to intermediary modeler. It is made extremely well and completely out of metal. I've noticed that this has made clean up very easy. The double action is crisp which allows one to paint narrow lines to wide areas. So far I have used acrylics, enamels and lacquer paints without an issue. One thing I would caution is when cleaning the airbrush, do not over tighten the nozzle. It is possible to twist the nozzle threads off inside of the airbrush due to overtightening. This was completely my fault but it was a pain to unthread the broken threads from the airbrush.

"better than the neo"

I have a neo,(see review) and a revolution. unlike the neo the revolution will flow without stopping up constantly. it still has the problem of the unreasonably small nozzle that will cross thread and break easily. it does however spray very well.
