Onyx

This kit uses a single 29mm composite motor, but can be flown with a ESTES D12-3 using a MMA-1 (not included). Each kit comes complete with nylon elastic shock cord, plastic nose cone, precision machined plywood fins and centering rings, and recovery system. A special PRE-MARKED airframe for fin and launch lug attachment is included to make assembly quick and easy.

The ONYX has a large diameter and short appearance which makes this bird a natural for sport flying. A singe G motor can propel this vehicle to 1800 ft. Parachute recovery.
