1/16 '31 Ford Flatbed V8 Pickup

This is a 1/16 Scale 1931 Ford Model A Flathead V-8 Pickup Truck Plastic Model Kit from Minicraft. It's a Skill Level 3 Advanced Difficulty Kit for Ages 12 and Up.

If you were to prowl through enough vintage car swap meets or hot rod shows, you could probably encounter a carefully restored and tricked-out pickup truck very similar to the truck depicted in this 1/16 scale model kit. How fantastic it would have been for any high-school rodder to have owned this pickup truck in the early sixties when this type of rod was popular.

Plastic pieces attached to sprue trees.
Body pieces are molded in yellow.
Open hood compartment.
Clear pieces included for windscreen, windows, headlights and tail lights.
Chrome pieces include grille, headlights, engine and body trim.
Doors open to show authentically molded interior.
255 c.i.d. Ford flathead V-8 engine with triple Stromberg carburetors and custom built exhaust headers.
Lowered front axle, four wheel hydraulic brakes and quick-change rear end.
Halibrand wheels with treaded front tires and rear slicks.
Separate frame and floor pan.
Detailed exhaust and suspension.
Waterslide decals for classic white, yellow, orange and red flames.
