These new Brilliance DCC Sound Decoders offer realistic sounds of EMD locomotives using MRC-developed wide-fidelity technology. Each measures just 1-13/16 x 11/16 x 1/4" 4.6 x 1.7 x .7cm. Brilliance decoders use Back EMF technology to reduce decoder hum and each includes a 29/32" 2.3cm-diameter speaker. Decoders feature an NMRA eight-pin plug for easy installation in DCC socket-equipped locos and allow you to appropriate horn and auxiliary sounds and lighting effects.
